- Check in time for room at 12 o’clock in noon and check out time at 10:30 o’clock.
- AC rooms will cost 200 INR per person higher.
- Day package does not include room.
- 50% advance is compulsory for booking.
- Billing will be done as per count informed while booking. Last moment reduction in count may not be considered
- Food menu will be pre fixed, on arrival changes in menu may not be possible.
- Veg -Non veg kitchen are separate.
- We have 2/3/4/5/6/ sharing rooms, according to sharing , the rates may vary.

- Advance will be non refundable.

- Any damage in property will be reimbursed on actual.
- We’ve power back up for all properties which may start after 15 min of power outage.
- Rain dance, air conditioner and other heavy electricity load activities may not work in case of power outage.
- ID proof of kids needed to be carried , in case manager ask for it, guests are required to make it available.
- Loud music is strictly prohibited after 10:45 PM in premise.
Cancellation policy
- 10 days before booking:- 25% of advance is refundable
- Date of booking to 10 day before booking:- No cancellation
- Depending upon actual case management may take a call to either postponement of booking or refund.
