Our property is equipped with amenities like swimming pool, rain dance, water fountain, amphitheatre for small events,open air movies, small trekking, garden area, cricket turf to keep our guest occupied through out the day.

We’ve inhouse restaurant offering both ala carte and buffet food. We serve mix of traditional Maharashtrian and North Indian meals. Our restaurant has capacity of 100 people seating. We do customise menu as per guest requirements.

We’ve total 8 valley view rooms with capacity of 4 to 7 people each. There’s also one dorm villa with 2 BHK set up for group stay. All rooms have attached washrooms and 4 rooms are with air conditioning.

Locations like Panshet dam boat club, Varasgaon dam, Shirkai Devi temple, Kadave Ghat are in close vicinity of our resort. Guests can also visit sinhagad fort and Khadakwasala Dam on the way to our property.

• Advance will be non refundable.
• Pet charges:-500 for cleaning.
• Pets not allowed in pool.
• Payment is required to be made at point of check in.
• Management hold the right to change menu as per availability of material.
• Food won’t be served in room.
• Any damage in property will be reimbursed on actual.
• We’ve power back up for all properties which may start after 15 min of power outage.
• Rain dance, air conditioner and other heavy electricity load activities may not work in case of power outage. 
• ID proof of kids needed to be carried , in case manager ask for it, guests are required to make it available.
• Loud music is strictly prohibited after 10:45 PM in premise.

• 10 days before booking:- 25% of advance is refundable
• Date of booking to 10 day before booking:- No cancellation
• Depending upon actual case management may take a call to either postponement of booking or refund.
